Delivery Information

Our delivery services are as follows:

Royal Mail - Tracked 48 - This is our default delivery service to the UK and provides compensation cover up to £100. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and are sent using Royal Mail - Tracked 48 service. This shows the progress of the consignment at each stage up to successful delivery. Payment for this service relates to one delivery only, we reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method where multiple deliveries are required. Orders should be received within 2 - 3 days from the date of despatch, but could be sooner depending on your location and the delivery services in your area, please note that this is our delivery aim, not a guarantee. If the order exceeds the weight permitted for this service, the order will be despatched by an alternative method of a similar cost and delivery timescale. This delivery service is FREE for all orders over £25.

Royal Mail - Tracked 24 - This is our recommended delivery service to the UK and provides compensation cover up to £100. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and are sent using Royal Mail - Tracked 24 service. This shows the progress of the consignment at each stage up to successful delivery.  Payment for this service relates to one delivery only, we reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method where multiple deliveries are required. Orders should be received within 1 - 2 days from the date of despatch, but could be sooner depending on your location and the delivery services in your area, please note that this is our delivery aim, not a guarantee. If the order exceeds the weight permitted for this service, the order will be despatched by an alternative method of a similar cost and delivery timescale. This delivery service is FREE for all orders over £50.

Royal Mail - Special Delivery (1pm) - This is our next day delivery service to the UK only, with guaranteed delivery by 1pm  the next working day, from date of despatch and up to £500 automatic compensation for loss or damage. The term "next day" refers to the day after despatch of the goods and not the day after the order is placed. Orders should be received within 1 day from the date of despatch. Where the Express option is selected and we are unable to despatch your order with 24 hours, we will contact you. The payment of an Express Delivery service relates to one delivery only, we reserve the right to use an alternative delivery method where multiple deliveries are required. This delivery service is FREE for all orders over £100.

Europe & Rest of the World - These are our default international delivery services with an anticipated delivery time of  5 -7 working days to Europe and 7-10 working days for the Rest of the World. This service will be Royal Mail International Signed For, Tracked or Tracked and Signed depending on the services available in your country or zone. This service provides insurance up to the value of £50. A "tracked" and "tracked & signed" service shows the progress of the consignment at each stage up to successful delivery and requires a signature. A "signed for" service is only updated once a delivery has been attempted or completed and requires a signature. Please note that VAT and import charges may be payable on delivery, depending on the import rules of your particular country. This delivery service is FREE for all orders over £250.

1. Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our chosen carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. The delivery address  should be given in full, including road names and Post Codes where applicable. We reserve the right to reject and order that does not contain sufficient delivery information.

2. Our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence or due to a manufacturing design or design fault will cease upon despatch.

3. We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.  If we are unable to make the delivery within a reasonable timescale we will contact you. If delivery cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund on return of the items to us or successful completion of a claim for its loss. 

4. If the order is a multiple order and we are unable to make delivery of the whole order but are able to deliver part we will contact you, informing you of this. In this instance delivery will be said to "partial".  Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and any failure by us to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these conditions, or any claim by you in respect of any one or more instalments will not entitle you to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.   

5. All delivery times are estimates and we accept no liability for loss or damage experienced as a result of deliveries occurring outside these time scales.

6. Claims for loss will not be considered until 15 days from the expected delivery date, anything prior to this time will only be considered as delayed. Damage must be notified within 2 days of delivery to the address indicated on your order. Once delivery has been made our liability for loss or damage ceases.  

7. Any deliveries returned to us as failed, not called for or otherwise undeliverable will not be entitled to a refund of the initial postage charges.
