Your Order Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party, you have specified or ordered on the behalf of, takes possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us by email to email@example.com, stating your order number and which products you wish to return. This is so we can confirm that our conditions for return (shown below) are met and so we can anticipate the return.
Subject to the returned item(s) being inspected and deemed acceptable for a refund, we will reimburse you in full for the items and, where delivery has been paid, our default delivery charge.
No refunds for delivery will be given where the delivery was made free of charge or where an order is only partially returned. Where a partial return and refund reduces the total order value below our free delivery threshold, our default delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, they must have been purchased in the last 14 days, they must be unused, untouched, still in their original packaging and sealed where applicable. (See 3 below)
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Special orders and items made to your specifications or otherwise personalized.
- Items sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any items that do not meet the above return conditions. In such circumstances these items will not be returned to you unless the additional return postage paid.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service is used. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
