Kryolan Ultra Underbase is a hydrating water-based primer that is perfect for dry or combination skin types. Containing a small amount of silicone, the creamy consistency glides across the skin surface, moisturizing thoroughly. Due to its hybrid type structure this primer is suitable with all foundations in the Kryolan range, especially Ultra Foundation and TV Paint Stick.
